The annual awards take place at Worksop College on Thursday, March 24.

A record number of entries were lodged and more than 3,000 votes were cast for the public voting categories.

New Focus Photography and Double Top Brewery are among the Worksop nominees.

A spokesman for North Notts Business Connections said: “All previous records have been smashed in terms of the number of firms participating in the awards this year.

“Local business support for these much loved regional business awards is superb making it a true business community affair.”

“It’s set to be the biggest celebration yet and all firms across the region are invited to attend to cheer on all the finalists. Tickets are becoming limited and the evening could be another complete sell out,” a spokesman added.
