The American backer who part-financed the purchase of long-established Gainsborough, Retford and Bawtry estate agency Drewery & Wheeldon is flying 5,000 miles to visit the area.
Mr J Ward McConnell Jnr will present the cheque to Bassetlaw Hospice on Friday 27th July. The hospice is Drewery and Wheeldon’s chosen charity for 2012.
