A female driver involved in a crash on the A57 on Monday morning has died.
The 54-year-old woman, from Sheffield, passed away in hospital yesterday after the 4th April incident on Worksop Road.
The incident happened around 9.45am when a blue LGV Tipper lorry was being driven by a 49-year-old man towards Worksop from North Anston.
The woman was driving a blue Peugeot 206 in the opposite direction, towards North Anston.
Police say the LGV driver, from North Anston, is not thought to have been hurt.
A South Yorkshire police spokesman said: “Anyone who saw what happened or saw the manner of driving prior to the collision should call South Yorkshire Police on 0114 2202020, quoting incident number 258 of 4th April.”
