A Christmas gift to a Worksop charity

DIY superstore B&Q has donated its old stock to Hope Community Services.

The donation from the distribution centre in Worksop included Christmas lights and baubles, Christmas Trees as well as lamps and shades.

CEO of HOPE Alan Diggles said: “B&Q has been excellent in their support of Hope, their commitment to the local area and for those who are in crisis is indicative of the responsibility they feel to the local community”.

The charity aims to promote social inclusion, tackle disadvantage,homelessness and the causes of homelessness, and ensure there are pathways for positive lifestyle choices, for those who are outside of mainstream services.
