WIN! A Kiddiwalks in Lincolnshire book

WITH the summer term soon upon us, it will be the time to think of fun activities to keep the children amused over the school holidays.

Help is at hand thanks to author Catherine W Smith with her fantastic new book called Kiddiwalks in Lincolnshire.

We have teamed up with Countryside Books to give away four copies of the book which contains a series of 20 circular walks up to 3.5 miles in length.

In addition to the clear route descriptions, each walk section has suggestions of Things To See and Do plus plenty of suggestions for picnic spots and family-friendly pubs and cafés.

Lincolnshire offers a wide variety of beautiful countryside to explore and the specially-selected routes give children the opportunity to do just that. Why not run up hills and zoom down the slopes at Humber Bridge Country Park, spot birds, animals and mini-beasts on Crowle Moor or discover the hidden remains of an airfield in Ostler’s Plantation?

Catherine said:“I hope that you will all, like my family, enjoy the freedom and adventure Lincolnshire has to offer. Remember - it’s not a walk - it’s an adventure!” she said.

Kiddiwalks in Lincolnshire is priced £7.95 and is available from all good book stores or by visiting www.countrysidebooks.co.uk
