It’s been more than 70 years since Glenn Miller vanished as he flew to Paris to entertain the troops during the Second World War.

Did he crash? Was he shot down? Will the mystery ever be solved?

With a 16-piece orchestra playing all of Glenn Miller’s greatest hits, including Moonlight Serenade, Chattanooga Choo Choo, Pennsylvania 6-5000 and In The Mood, The Glenn Miller Story promises to transport audiences young and old back to the glorious days of the big band era.

The Glenn Miller Story is at the Lyceum Theatre from Tuesday, August 16 to Saturday, August 20.

Tickets priced from £23 to £42 are available on 0114 2496000 or www.sheffieldtheatres.co.uk
