Lord of the Dance hot foots it to Nottingham
The phenomenally successful fast-footed dance show promises to wow audiences when it comes to Nottingham from Tuesday 10th to Thursday 12th January.
Since its world premiere in Dublin in 1996 it has broken records worldwide and is the biggest grossing tour in this history of entertainment.

A show spokesman said its universal appeal was at the heart of Lord of the Dance’s success.
“Much of the secret to its phenomenal success is that it speaks to all, crossing boundaries of age, gender, and cultural diversity,” she said.
“Its timeless, universal appeal has made Lord of the Dance one of the modern day wonders of the world, a myth to a living legend.”

Hide AdLord of the Dance established Michael Flatley as one of the world’s greatest dancers and one of the most innovative and creative artists alive today.
Michael has won 168 consecutive first place dance championships in competitions worldwide in his Irish dancing career.
He was specially invited to perform before world leaders including UK premier Tony Blair, Russian leader Vladimir Putin, Germany’s Gerhard Schroeder, China’s, Jiang Zemin and G8 countries.
As creative director, Michael and his team of 20 professionals, including set designers, costume designers, light and sound experts and choreographers, permanently reviews Lord of the Dance to ensure that its high standards are always maintained.
