Welbeck Farm Shop joins forces with TV chef Rosemary Shrager in live cook-along

The chef and TV personality has been holding weekly online demonstrations in partnership with the Farm Retail Association and, on Saturday, April 3, will feature the Welbeck Farm Shop as ‘Farm Shop of the Fortnight.’
She will invite people to cook along live with her as she creates a special Navarin of Lamb dish using only ingredients supplied by the farm shop.

Hide AdThis will include lamb reared by fifth-generation farmer, Pat Moss, on ancient pastures on the 15,000-acre Welbeck estate.
Rosemary is an advocate of sourcing local ingredients and her weekly cook-alongs combine fresh local produce with easy-to-follow recipes.

Oliver Stubbins, General Manager of Welbeck Farm Shop, said: “We are delighted to be supporting the cook-along and supplying Rosemary with quality ingredients for the dish.
"The provenance of the meat we supply is important to us and our lamb is reared on unspoilt pasture in the heart of the estate, which gives the meat a delicious, distinctive flavour.”

Hide AdRosemary’s cook-along will be broadcast live on Saturday, April 3 at 5pm via her Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/RosemaryShrager/.
The ingredients are available to buy from Welbeck Farm Shop.
Anyone wanting to get involved can pick up a recipe card from the shop, prep the ingredients ahead of the 5pm start and head to Rosemary’s Facebook page just before 5pm.
