Family fun and daffodil delight is coming to Kirton in Lindsey

A WONDERFUL family day out can be enjoyed all as the idyllic village of Kirton in Lindsey, near Gainsborough, is set to host a a spring extravaganza.

Kirton in Lindsey Amateur Gardeners Society and the Diamond Jubilee Town Hall have combined to produce a great day out for all - Daffodil Delight.

Everyone is invited to bring some daffodils along and enter them into one of the competition classes. There are medals and a trophy to be won or it can just be a bit of fun.

KLAGS chairman Martin Hollingsworth said: “We haves always had a September flower and produce show but this is the first time we have organised a spring event so we are very excited.”

 Refreshments will be available as well so you can just go along for a coffee and chat and see the Town Hall after its £1million renovation.

There will be information about the Town Hall and its activities, as well as info on how to join KLAGS. Proceeds from the event will go to Marie Curie Cancer Care, who will also be there.

Daffodil Delight takes place in the Town Hall, Kirton in Lindsey on Saturday 31st March from 9.30am – 12.30pm.
