Erasure bound for Edwinstowe

AFTER more than four years away from the public eye, electronic outfit Erasure will be heading to Sherwood Pines Forest Park as part of their summer 2011 Total Pop! tour in conjunction with Forestry Commmission Live Music.

Organisers say the show will provide a magical environment for Andy Bell and Vince Clarke to deliver their fantastic, phantasmagoric entertainment, with plenty of swirling synths and angelic vocals.

Fans can expect to hear their famous 80s anthems such as A Little Respect, Sometimes and Love To Hate You along with fresh tracks from their brand-new album – due for release this summer.

Tickets for the show on Friday 17th June are priced £34.50 (subject to booking fee) and can be purchased at or by calling the box office on 03000 680400.
