Dirty Laundry airs in Sheffield

Sheffield’s City Hall will be showing Sharon Holland and Alison Pennells’ drama Dirty Laundry this September.

The play is produced by Act on It Productions, and presents the story of recovered breast cancer patient, Jean as she realises life’s too short.

Jean finds inspiration in art and friendship, while neighbours Peggy and Faith’s lives appear to be cosy and safe.

Sharon Holland and Brenda Chapel complete the two person cast by playing all of the characters.

All proceeds of the production will go to the Helen’s Trust, a charity supports people with incurable diseases, who have chosen to stay at home.

Dirty Laundry will be in Sheffield for two days only on the 12th and 13th September 2012. Doors open at 6:30pm.

Tickets cost £15 and are available online at www.sheffieldcityhall.co.uk, calling thee ticket line on 0114 2789 789 or at the Sheffield City Hall Box office.
