Get the day off to a relaxing start at 10am with a free Tai Chi introduction class on the centre stage.
Either bring a picnic or tantalise your taste buds by trying the delicious selection of healthy and budget friendly treats on offer in our food court and food market.
Then work it all off by taking part in either the free guided walk or Cycle through Clumber Park.
For the food lovers amongst you, there will be six cooking demonstrations on the day in the food marquee, with Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food starting the show at 10.45am and sessions to run in half hour blocks throughout the day.
Learn how to make sausages with JT Beedham Butchers or watch a butter-making class with the School of Artisan Food.
If you’re looking for something a little bit more energetic then why not take part in a free intro to Zumba or martial arts class?
There is also an Introduction to Family Yoga sessions at 1pm, followed by an Introduction to Latin Dance and a Fight FX taster.
There is also plenty of entertainment on hand for children, with clay painting and drumming workshops, an inflatable football pitch, shooting gallery, power rising stilts, and children’s mini boot camp.
There is also free entry into Clumber Park until 12pm which will save visitors £5 on normal entry.
