Hide AdNicola, 30, who instructs at Worksop Leisure Centre, said though some of the more intense classes might leave participants in pain they were accessible to all ages and abilities.
She said: “It all depends how heavy you want to go - there’s a lot of jumping around with the attack class but it all depends how hard you push yourself.”As well as the more strenuous sessions the classes – on May 16 – will include some serene activities.
Also on offer are low-impact ‘Tabata and abs’, dance and ‘yoga flow’.

To take part Nicola is asking for donations to domestic abuse helpline Women’s Aid in advance.
She said: “A lot’s being done for the NHS but there are also a lot of women out there in potentially abusive relationships during lockdown.”
