Experienced teachers Nicola White, Sam Bownes, Andrew Scott and Liz Morris will be putting exercise-starved householders through their paces with everything from yoga to fierce ‘body pump’ and ‘attack’ sessions via Zoom video conferencing.
Nicola, 30, who instructs at Worksop Leisure Centre, said though some of the more intense classes might leave participants in pain they were accessible to all ages and abilities.
She said: “It all depends how heavy you want to go - there’s a lot of jumping around with the attack class but it all depends how hard you push yourself.”As well as the more strenuous sessions the classes – on May 16 – will include some serene activities.
