The pandemic may be ongoing but there is a light at the end of the tunnel, with 50,000 people in the district now given at least their first vaccination jab.
This achievement is in big part due to volunteers who help keep the operation running smoothly, so here we take a moment to shine the spotlight on them and thank them for their kindness.
