All patients of Newgate Medical Group, in Newgate Street, Worksop who are aged 18 and over, will be able to get their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

The walk-in clinics will be held on Saturday June 26 from 1.30pm-5pm and on Sunday June 27 from 8.30am-12.30pm.

No appointments are needed.

More than a dozen further Delta variant cases identified in Bassetlaw

A second clinic will be held via the Larwood and Bawtry Primary Care Networtk at Kilton Forest Community Centre on Saturday, June 26 from 9.30am to 12pm and on Sunday, June 27 from 9.30am to 12pm.

A clinic will also be held at Retford Hospital’s outpatient department on Saturday from 10.30am-5.30pm.

Dr Eric Kelly, Chair of NHS Bassetlaw CCG and local GP said “We all know that the Covid-19 vaccination is our best protection against coronavirus, so we want to help everyone who is eligible in Bassetlaw to get their vaccine.

“We understand how many residents need to fit their jabs in and around other commitments and that getting vaccinated becomes much easier when you can drop in somewhere close to where you live or work”

“Alternatively, people can still choose to book their vaccination appointment online via www.nhs.uk/coronavirus or by calling 119 where they can simply book a convenient time and venue to suit.

The COVID Vaccination is the best way to protect yourself, family and friends from the virus.
