Health bosses have urged people to ‘consider all options’ before attending the emergency department at Bassetlaw Hospital after it recorded its busiest ever day.

The emergency department team at the hospital in Worksop said recently it had been ‘very busy’.
On Monday department recorded its busiest day on record.
The team tweeted: “Recent A&E numbers have been very high and yesterday we broke our all time record of patients arriving in a 24 hour period.
"Please consider all options before attending.”
