Worksop school are celebrating after Investors in People Gold standard award

The report also praises Norbridge Academy, which wass also given an Outstanding judgement by Ofsted, for its culture of recognising everyone’s achievements, continuous improvement and high performance.
The Investors in People Gold Award is given to businesses and organisations which demonstrate excellence in supporting and developing their staff members.
Investors in People is the UK’s leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.

It has been an exciting two terms for children at Norbridge Academy, with groups already taking part in residential visits to France and Hathersage, the installation of a school apiary and the launch of a weather balloon.
