But this was no walk in the park for the Bircotes woman – it was a 2.5 hours long sponsored Boogie Bounce that raised £820 for Doncaster St John’s Hospice.
Sally, a self-confessed Boogie Bounce fanatic - which involves exercising on a small trampoline - was joined by instructors Larna Stoddart and Jess Ormston.

The marathon workout was broadcast live on Facebook, with around 20 supporters joining in.
She said: “My mum, Linda Copeman, was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and after treatment at Sheffield’s Weston Park Hospital spent the last few days of her life at St John’s.
"It’s a beautiful place, so calm, peaceful and homely.
“Ten years on from her death in 2011 I thought it only right to do some fundraising to repay the hospice for the amazing care she received.

"The support I got from well-wishers was fantastic. It's only a smidgen of the thanks I owe to St John’s, but I hope it will help support other patients and families who go there.”
Hospice fundraiser Lindsey Richards, from Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust, said: “We never forget our patients and their families and they never forget us. We’re extremely grateful to Sally for this generous donation during what has been a very challenging 12 months for the hospice with Covid impacting on our fund-raising activities.”
