Worksop: Megaslam stars are back for another night of grappling action

Big time wrestling returns to North Notts Arena in Worksop this week, as the stars of Megaslam Wrestling take to the ring.

Stars of the show include ‘Mexican Sensation’ El Ligero, who has recently been in the USA taking part in Boot Camp on Challenge TV, Australian Diva Toni Storm who moved to the UK last year to pursue her dream of becoming a professional wrestler, Robbie Mckenzie from South Yorkshire, who as 17 is Megaslam’s youngest champion, Southport grappler ‘The Juice’ CJ Banks and London’s James Mason, who boasts a 25-year career.

“We put on shows for families, it is a good family night out, cheer the good guys and boo the bad guys,” said Brad Taylor, Megaslam’s managing director.

Matches scheduled to take place include tag team mayhem, a Megaslam Championship and a tables match.

The show is on Friday, October 2 at 7.30pm and tickets are available now from North Notts Arena on 01909 480164 or www.nnca.ifo, or on the door.
