Worksop: Gold standard singing at the Acorn Theatre from top UK barbershop chorus

After a few years away, leading barbershop chorus Hallmark of Harmony return to the Acorn Theatre in Worksop at the end of this month.

Hailing from Sheffield, the group has been gold medal winners in the prestigious chorus champions section of the British Association of Barbershop Singers no less than seven times.

Their repertoire consists of songs to suit all tastes from Lloyd Webber, Leonard Cohen and Marvin Gaye.

The group music from films and shows, all sung in a capella style.

It is also their last show before jetting off to Pittsburgh in the USA to represent the UK in the International Convention pitting their musical skills against the best Barbershop choruses in the world.

Their Worksop concert is on 28th March at 7.30pm.

Tickets priced £10 (£8 concessions) are available from the box office on 01909 501817 (box office open 12noon-3pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday and 10am-12noon Saturday).
