The classic story of The Snowman comes to Nottingham’s Theatre Royal at the end of this month .

And the Worksop Guardian has a family ticket to give away to see this enchanting tale.

When a young boy’s snowman comes to life on Christmas Eve, the two set off on a night-time quest for adventure.

On their travels, they meet Father Christmas, dancing penguins, reindeer and crowds of The Snowman’s friends.

But will they escape the evil Jack Frost and get back home for Christmas morning?

Based on Raymond Brigg’s much-loved book and featuring the classic song Walking In The Air, made famous by a young Aled Jones, this beautiful live show has thrilled audiences throughout the world since first appearing on stage 20 years ago in 1993.

And now, Theatre Royal audiences have the chance to be a part of the magic.
