Win! Tickets to see Strangeface Shooting The Moon in Worksop

Worksop audiences can shoot for the moon at the Acorn Theatre next week

And we have one pair of tickets to give away for the show.

Shooting the Moon is the latest offering from one of the Acorn’s favourite touring companies, Strangface.

Using music, mask, animation and puppetry, this award-winning mask company presents an exceptional journey through the life, works and times of French illusionist George Melies.

He was a visionary who combined passion for magic with early motion pictures.

Funny, poignant and visually enthralling, Strangeface presents a fabulously original and memorable night out.

Now considered one of the leading masked theatre companies in the country, Strangeface is popular with rural touring audiences who enjoy their innovative and unique approach to performing.

And they can be relied upon to deliver high quality productions which are hugely enjoyed by both adults and older children.

Shooting The moon is on at the Acorn theatre in Worksop on Saturday, 15th March at 7.30pm.

Tickets priced £8 are available now from the box office on 01909 501817 or online at www.acorntheatre.net.

However, we have one pair of tickets to give away to the lucky winners who can answer this simple question: What nationality was George Melies? a) Italian, b) French or c) German
