WIN! Tickets to see Sense and Sensibility

AN EVENING of regency and wonderment await audiences at the latest production by Chapterhouse Theatre Company - Sense and Sensibility.

The classic Jane Austen story is played out by the theatre group in a stage play adapted by talented young playwrite Laura Turner.

Those familiar with the story will recall how characters Elinor and Marianne Dashwood make their first forays into the decadent world of eighteenth-century society.

This new adaptation of Jane Austen’s lively tale follows the sisters as they fall in love, make mistakes and experience heartbreak for the first time in their quest to find a balance between sense and sensibility.

Alyssa Burnett, who plays the lead role of Marianne said: “It makes you think about the differences between Marianne and her sister, how having sense is not always the same as sensibility and sometimes true love is right in front of you all along.”
