Whitwell: The Carlton Colliers at Whitwell Community Centre

The Carlton Colliers is a play about dreaming big in an old pit-community, and the daft things that start to happen when you do.

The Carlton Colliers is an original comedy written and directed by Kate Bramley, founder of the Badapple Theatre Company, and former Associate Director with the acclaimed Hull Truck Theatre Company.

Under Kate’s leadership, Badapple aims to simply “tell good stories” and has gained a reputation for producing exciting new plays inspired by historical or biographical tales.
