Top choir heads to The Crossing

WORKSOP’s The Crossing is welcoming a top choir to please and delight music-lovers.

The Newcastle Street venue will be playing his to the Mansfield-based, multi-award winning, world champions Cantumus Girls Choir.

This time the 44 main choir singers aged 13-19 have with them the 32 young singers aged 9 upwards who form the current Cantamus Training Choir being prepared for the main choir. Twice BBC Choir of the Year, twice gold medallists in the World Choir Olympics, the choir has appeared on numerous radio and TV broadcasts such as ‘Songs of Praise’, BBC Breakfast and ‘The Golden Girls’, a BBC documentary of the Cantamus award-winning tour of China.
