REVIEW: Wet Wet Wet thrilled Nottingham audience

Despite being only seven when Wet Wet Wet's biggest hit Love Is All Around was released I somehow seemed to know all of the words and even joined in singing along with the mostly middle aged audience at one point.

I’m reliably informed (by my mum who joined me) that the four piece band fronted by Marti Pellow, performed all of their hits and more.

Wishing Well, Julia Says and Angel Eyes all got the crowd swaying and singing along.

It was all about the music with no extras apart from some swishy lighting. Marti performed with a definite stage presence as he thrilled especially the female fans.

The rest of the band, Neil Mitchell, Tommy Cunningham, Graeme Clark and unofficial fifth member Graeme Duffin, all enjoyed being on back on the stage and it showed in their performances.
