One-woman homage to DNA scientist heads for Mansfield’s Old Library Theatre
A one-woman show depicting the life and work of scientist Rosalind Franklin is coming to the Old Library Theatre in Mansfield.
An Extraordinary Light tells the story of the expert who played a significant role in the discovery of the structure of DNA. While the men she worked with went on to win a Nobel Prize, Franklin remained all-but forgotten for decades.
The production is on March 12 at 7.15pm. Tickets £8.20. Call 01623 633133.
