Rock band pays tribute to sixties artists

The UK music scene of the late 60s was a melting pot from which classic blues and rock emerged, establishing the power trio as the driving force of the era and at the fore front of this movement were Cream and The Jimi Hendrix Experience.

Paying homage to these first Super Groups of rock are Voodoo Room.

A new and exciting classic power trio featuring some of the Uk’s finest musicians. Capturing the essence of this brief but momentous period in modern musical history, they perform the best of Hendrix and Cream material, with the energy and virtuosity that is at the heart of this incredible music.

The band only recently formed in 2012.

Voodoo Room are performing at the Trinity Arts Centre in Gainsborough on Saturday 6th September at 7.30pm.
