These include Nottingham Royal Concert Hall on February 15 and the intimate surroundings of Sheffield Arena’s Steel Hall on February 19.

Support will come from renowned Bradford rockers Terrorvision, who have reformed for their first shows in three years, plus King King, nominees at this year’s Classic Rock Awards for Best New Band, and King King.

Thunder enjoyed a highly successful UK tour in March this year and lead singer Danny Bowes says they can’t wait to hit the road again.

“The shows in March were incredible, and the new songs went down just as well as the Thunder favourites,” he said.

“We can’t wait for February, so we can do it all over again.”

Terrorvision, well known for hits like Oblivion, Tequila and Alice, What’s The Matter? are also making a return to the live fold and touring with Thunder was offered them the ideal way to make a comeback.

“We were discussing the idea of getting back into the ring in 2016, so when the call came from Thunder asking us to be their special guests, the timing was perfect,” said bassist Leigh Marklew.

Tickets for the Nottingham show are £28.50 and available from the box office on 0115 98985555 or online at www.trch.co.uk

Tickets for the Sheffield show are £31.35 on the ticket hotline on 0114 2565656 or online at www.sheffieldarena.co.uk.

Tickets are £29.93 when purchased in person from the Arena Box Office.
