Liza Minnelli’s appearance at Sheffield City Hall is cancelled

An Evening with Liza Minnelli at Sheffield City Hall has been cancelled.

The star of stage and screen was set to take part in an interview and Q&A session before performing some of her iconic songs on Tuesday, September 22. A further scheduled appearance at the London Palladium on Sunday, September 20, has also been cancelled.

Promoter Rocco Buonvino said “I am devastated. Liza Minnelli is one of the biggest stars in the world and it has always been my dream to present her in the UK. I have spent six months planning and promoting these shows. I am disappointed as much as her fans. It was a decision totally taken out of my control. “
