Gainsborough: Get up for a top night of stand-up at Trinity Arts Centre

Compere and MC for the evening will be Tony Vino, with his own mix of social and political issues and observational humour.

Tony was born in Malaga but raised in the Costa Del Preston.

A finalist in the 2006 Funny Bones competition, Tony has enjoyed recognition as a comedian and comedy compere of renown

Tony is joined by Trinity Arts Centre favourite Alfie Moore.

Alfie is a former police sergeant turned stand-up comedian who is set to entertain with his hilarious and fascinating anecdotes drawn from his 18 years on the beat.

The line-up is completed by Christian Reilly.

At the age of 15 Christian joined a band to get laid.

The Salvation Army, though, had different ideas.

However, he did subsequently get to play in comedy bands, including Rich Hall’s group for the show Rich Hall is Ottis Lee Crenshaw, which led to a Perrier Award win in 2001.

He has also played in Bill Bailey’s band Beergut 100, done critically-acclaimed radio shows and podcasts with Richard Herring and won a Chortle Award for best internet comedy.

The show takes place on Saturday, 31st January at 7.30pm.
