Ashfield Harmony’s concert sets sights on Europe
Ashfield Harmony will be taking A Grand Tour of Europe in their next concert.
The concert will take place at Ashfield School, KIrkby-in-Ashfield, on Saturday, November 15, from 7pm.
Spain will be represented by Bizet’s Carmen, Italy by Nella Fantasia and Time to Say Goodbye, Germany by Cabaret and the music of Kurt Weill, Belgium by Cesar Franck’s Panis Angelicus and England by a new piece written by John Rutter and other items.
The singers will be accompanied by the Derventio String Quartet.
