I am writing in support of Worksop town centre.
Although were ever you live, we all tend to think that the grass is greener in another town, I have to say that I really like Worksop as a town to Shop in.

There is nothing wrong with having a day out to shop in other towns for a change, and often I have spoken to people in cafes in Worksop who are from all over the place.

So yes, it’s a great place, and unlike other towns I visit, has many small individual shops.

However, if the constant supply of boy racers could be stopped on Bridge Street, it would be even more fantastic.

As for any recession, my husband says I am trying to spend my way out of it single-handed.

Also, you will see me using my real name to sign this, not some of the silly names people write under.

S. Halliday

Clowne Road, Barlborough
