So John Mann wants us all to start a buy British campaign. A bit late isn't it? About 30 years, I reckon.
Perhaps it has not sunk in yet that the demise of Britain's manufacturing industries commenced well before the emergence of China as a major force.

Who brought about this decline with the loss of many thousands of jobs?

None other than Mr Mann's cohorts at Westminster, together with the Trade Unions. They never learn.

Coming more up to date, you can't even buy any British gas, electricity or water now. Though we should not blame the Chinese for this.

Perhaps when Mr Mann has found all British-made products he will list them in his column for all to see.

A little advice to Mr Mann would be for him to stay out of this argument because he is well out of his depth.

Although of course he could buy a punnet of strawberries, they can still come from the UK – this could start his Buy British Campaign.
