MY MOTHER-IN-LAW Jean has recently passed away in Victoria Care Home where she had been a resident for over 18 months.
During her stay at the home, she was treated with the utmost love and care we as a family could have wished for.

Over the three weeks before her death, she had to be cared for in bed, during this time the staff made sure that if we as a family were not with her one or more of them would sit with her to let her know she was not alone.

The love that was shown was not only to Jean but to us, they made us feel like we were all part of an extended family.

The donations from the funeral are going to be given to the staff at the home to purchase something appropriate for the unit in which Jean was resident.

The staff at Victoria Care Home are an invaluable team of professionals who deserve praise and commendation for the work they carry out on a daily basis. Thank you all again so much.

Jackie
