DOES county councillor Glyn Gilfoyle seriously think that by marking beer bottles with the shop's name which sold it, it will help solve the problem of under age drinking?
How will the police be able to prove that a marked bottle was sold to an underage drinker?

It’s like finding a Tesco bag blowing in the street and trying to charge them with littering.
