After all the bad reports about the NHS my husband and myself thought good reports should be recorded also.
We have thanked and congratulated all staff on Bassetlaw Hospital’s A&E and CCU for their treatment of my husband during and after his recent heart attack.

From me dialling 999 we could not have received better treatment.

The operator was reassuring and calming, the ambulance personnel were efficient and caring, as were the doctors and nurses on A&E.

The staff on CCU were wonderful, very, very, busy but always there whatever we wanted.

Nowhere in the world could we have got any better treatment even if we were paying.
