The series of eight road races held on the Dinnington and Stainton circuits concluded with two Retford and District Wheelers topping their age groups.
Worksop man Sean Rollinson, riding in the 50 to 55 years age group did consistently well throughout the series to mark his first success in his maiden year of competitive cycling.
Experienced veteran Paul Austin finished first within the 55 to 60 years group.
The club run this Sunday will be a ride with a difference.
Participants will be taking their bikes by car to the Yorkshire Dales in order to follow some of the route taken by the professional riders in the recent stage of the Tour de France.
Riders are asked to meet in Retford market square at 8.00am from where they will drive in convoy to the Dales.
Locally, there will be an alternative run for those seeking a more leisurely ride, cyclists meeting at the usual time of 9am in the market square.
