Dinnington III recorded an excellent victory over Doncaster Phoenix, bolstered by four members of the same family.

A father and his three sons all contributed to the 39-20 scoreline.

In a see-saw first half, Nathan Parry, Harrison Meese and Richard Pettican ran in tries, David Bell converting twice for a 19-10 lead.

The start of the second half was again tit-for-tat as firstly, Doncaster scored, then Dinnington replied as Liam Parry broke through.

But Doncaster made the score 24-20.

At that point, Dinnington started to be wiser with their possession.

Ollie Williamson ran in from halfway and Kenneth Parry then scored to make the game safe.

But there was still time for Callum Parry to complete a great day for the Parry family by crossing the line himself.
