September 2001
Howard Raymond is revealed as new Tiger's backer alongside new chairman Neil Hood, and plans for a new 10,000 seater stadium are announced.
April 2002
Tigers win Chairman's Cup and new board of Mr Raymond, Neil Hood, Lisa Hood, Chris Smith and Keith Illett is announced.
June 2002
The club confirm they will develop Sandy Lane to Conference standard while waiting for the staidum project to start at Kilton.
November 2002
Plans are unveiled for a new clubhouse at Sandy Lane.
February 2003
Worksop reveal they are unable to make the deadline for the ground work, meaning they are not able to go up in the 2002-2003 season.
July 2003
Mr Hood resigns as Worksop chairman for 'personal reasons'.
September 2003
Mr Raymond tells the Guardian the new clubhouse will double cash turnover at the club.
November 2003
Bassetlaw Council gives Tigers the go-ahead to improve Sandy Lane up to Conference standard.
January 2005
Tigers fall upon financial hardship and players complain they are waiting to be paid. The club is under threat of administration over a debt of 60,000 owed to Bassetlaw Council.
April 2005
A Company Voluntary Arrangement is accepted in a bid for the Tigers to start from scratch.
New company 1861 Leisure Limited is formed to take over the club and its assets.
Howard Raymond steps down as club chairman, and secretary Keith IIlett takes on the role.
January 2006
Bassetlaw Council reject an offer by Worksop Town to buy the Sandy Lane ground, and a long-term lease is agreed with Mr Raymond.
September 2006
John Hepworth takes over from Keith Illett as chairman.
January 2007
Worksop FC issue a statement about how the board will operate in 2007. 1861 Leisure will divide – one half will control the football management, the other stadium management.
February 2007
1861 Leisure Ltd awaits ruling on a planning application for three Astroturf pitches at the bottom of the land behind the goal and houses on Babbage Way. They also want to build a fence around the perimeter of the ground to achieve Grade B standard.
May 2007
The Tigers are relegated from Conference North, and director Mr Raymond departs the football side of the club.
November 2007
Mr Raymond denies rumours of a merger between Bassetlaw rivals Worksop Town and Retford United and remains adamant that Tigers may have to ground share at Retford in the near future.
February 2008
The split between the club and 1861 Leisure is finalised."It's good news for all parties and we will continue to work together," Mr Raymond said.
May 2008
Club officials are locked out of Sandy Lane by Mr Raymond's company 1861 Leisure Ltd.
Mr Raymond is unavailable for comment and chairman John Hepworth can give no reason for the club's expulsion.
August 2008
Tigers start their new season playing home games at Hucknall.
