Millers go shopping for Harrod

Rotherham United have signed striker Shaun Harrod on a one-month emergency loan, to cover for the recent injury to Gareth Evans.

Harrod signs from League One club Bury, after successful spells in League Two with Burton Albion and Northampton Town.

He welcomed the opportunity to get on the pitch and find the net, saying: “I am really excited about the move.”

“It is a great opportunity to play some football and I am aiming to get some goals while I am here.”

“I am impressed with what I have seen so far, and am taking everything one day at a time but obviously I am really looking forward to playing.”
