THE continuing stalemate in the Sandy Lane lockout debacle is hampering manager Peter Rinkcavage in his attempts to put together a side worthy of promotion for next season.
Rinkcavage confirmed to the Guardian that he has made two significant signings this week, but players could choose to go elsewhere if Tigers are not based in Worksop.

He said: "We've made two big signings this week, on the proviso that we're playing at Sandy Lane."

"I can't reveal who they are and we might lose them because we don't know where we're playing next season."

"If we're having to groundshare we won't be able to afford these players, and we could lose players we've already signed because of extra travelling from wherever they are based."

Rinkcavage also fears for the future of the league-winning Under 19s side who were set up just this season.

"The situation puts the Under 19s in doubt, which affects the community, not just the club."

"We'll lose the supply of young players and there will be no route for juniors to come through to play first-team football."
