CLUMBER Park's still partially closed off, I see. Good God, how long does it take to sweep a few branches up?
We had a windy afternoon TWO MONTHS ago... and they still reckon a lot of the woodland is 'unsafe'.

Of course it is! It always was!

Branches can fall at any time... morons can trip over tree roots and break their legs...

Are we to 'seal off' everything until we all live in a blank featureless world where all excitement, danger and dark mysterious corners have all been sanitised and neutralised?

Who wants to be a big fat white grub living in a bowl of semolina? Not me.
