Have your say

When the news hit last week that Jason Clark had pulled out and we then resigned from the NPL, I felt it necessary to start this email address in hope to promote season tickets for next season.

Since then the emergence of the 500 Club has come about and its really something to go at.

Worksop Town, since Mark joined are a fantastic non-league club with good loyal home support and better away support (name me one team that takes half their home support away?). What last night’s meeting shown was the amount of people willing to give their time and effort for the club is unbelievable and how much people care for the club.

We all now need to get on board with this 500 Club, men women kids, companies alike and become the 500 that saved Worksop Town!

Over the past few days I have seen many a status on Facebook ‘gutted’ that Worksop Town might have gone forever. For some its a case of ‘You don’t know what you’ve got until its gone.’

As Mark Shaw said in last night’s meeting the town, paper, local business’s need unity and with unity comes strength!

Let’s all fight alike for the Worlds 4th oldest football club, Up the tigers!
