Lions, tigers, zebras, hyenas, elephants and even a giraffe were spotted in Worksop as Rhythm of the Pride Lands hit the Acorn Theatre.
Rebecca’s Dance Studios performed six sell-out shows with their recreation of the hit Disney film The Lion King.
More than 1,200 family and friends saw the show which featured more than 200 dance pupils from the school based at the Carlton-in-Lindrick Civic Centre.
Principal Rebecca Doona said: “The Lion King film celebrates it’s 20 year anniversary this year so I knew it was an ideal opportunity to recreate the story on stage. “
The show also featured an amazing set built by the Acorn Theatre crew, professional sound and lighting effects and bright costumes.
“It was a fantastic week and I am so proud of everyone involved,” added Rebecca.
