Michael Bryce, 34, of Shrewsbury Road, Worksop. Stole a pedal cycle, to the value of £300. Fined £105. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £180, £155 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

FRAUD

Nigel Keeling, 55, of Goldthorpe Avenue, Worksop. Committed fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely sold a car, which he had no right to sell as it was subject to a logbook loan, intending to cause loss to a third party or to expose that person to a risk of loss. Discharged conditionally for 24 months. Also ordered to pay compensation of £180.

BREACH

Ryan Mccusker, 27, of Hereford Close, Worksop. Without reasonable excuse, attended a street when he was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. Committed to prison for four weeks. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £180 and to pay a victim surcharge of £80.

ASSAULT

Danny Grooby, 23, of Queen Elizabeth Crescent, Worksop. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Restraining order made. Also ordered to pay £100 in compensation and £85 court costs.

Darren Hancock, 27, of Lincoln Street, Manton. Assaulted a man by beating him. Community order made with 100 hours of unpaid work requirement. Also ordered to pay a crminal courts charge of £150 along with £75 in compensation, £85 court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
