Worksop Town boss Mark Shaw admits resigning from the Northern Premier League was a mistake and the club now needs to find £100,000 to operate at a strong level.

Speaking to the media, including ITV, at Sandy Lane, Shaw also revealed the club still has no league to play in next season at the present time.

But he was confident the people of the town would get behind the club to get them out of their current predicament and the Tigers would live to fight another day.
