BASSETLAW Cardiac Support (Affiliated to The British Heart Foundation): Open to anyone, and their partner, who has undergone or is to undergo heart treatment of any sort and for them to share their experiences and/or concerns with people with similar experiences. STEP2IT Dukeries, Kilton Forest Golf Club: Health/Leisure walks every Thursday, commencing at 10am. Walks are one mile (beginners), three miles, five miles and occasionally seven miles.
