A neighbourly dispute over noise led to a woman being ordered to pay out £475 by magistrates.
Kayligh Elizabeth Harpham, 28, of Blackburn View, New Ollerton, admitted criminal damage after smashing the front window of her neighbour’s property with a vodka bottle.
Mansfield Magistrates’ Court was told how the police had been called to Harpham’s address in the early hours of October 18 because of the noise.
Hours later Harpham put the window through, but says she had no memory of the incident because she had been too drunk.
She was ordered to pay £125 fine, £3250 in costs and £100 compensation to her neighbour.
